Appointment was easily made online, with a good selection of available dates/times. Check in went smoothly and I was out the door in approximately 1 hour, which for an oil change, tire rotation, muti-point inspection and car wash is outstanding. I waited at the dealership and found the amenities in the waiting area to be more 5han I expected.

The service representative was very prompt at my arrival & inquired what service I was needing. Service was provided quickly. My only concern was that the Dorsett motto is to make certain your car is always washed when brought in for service. My car was not this time - it could have been because of cold weather but that should have been told at time of pickup. I totally understand due to weather - just notify customers of issues so they won’t be disappointed.
