This award recognizes Nissan’s top dealers from across the United States, who were able to meet the high standards of achievement for the Owner First Award of Excellence.
The Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence distinguishes Nissan dealerships that personify the principles and vision for Nissan – which is, to provide customers with top-notch ownership experience, beginning in the showroom and continuing through every phase of owning & maintaining a vehicle. Every Nissan dealership across the United States is measured against a series of criteria, one being Nissan’s Owner First survey, which was sent to every Nissan customer following the purchase of a new Nissan vehicle or service on a current Nissan.
